बिजली, डीज़ल इत्यादि के उपभोक्ताओं हेतु खुश खबरी
१. भारत सरकार के उर्जा मंत्रालय का उद्देश्य २०१२ तक दस हजार mega वाट बिजली की बचत करना है. ऐसा वर्तमान में दस करोड़ उपभोक्ताओं द्वारा मितव्ययता और बिजली की बचत करवाने वाले उपकरण लगवा लेने पर ही संभव हो पाएगा. दस करोड़ उपभोक्ताओं तक अपनी सेवाएं पहुँचाने हेतु एक से दस लाख तक कर्मियों की आवश्यकता है.
२. एशियन डेवलपमेंट बैंक, वर्ल्ड बैंक, यु. एन. ऍफ़., यूनेस्को और एन. पी. ओज. बिजली, डीज़ल इत्यादी उर्जा की खपत में मितव्ययता और बचत हेतु आवश्यक उपकरण के खरीदी हेतु एक्सेस फौन्देशन को धन उपलब्ध करा देते हैं. अतः उपभोक्ता का किसी भी तरह का कोई भी इन्वेस्टमेंट नहीं होता है.
३. अतः व्यवसायिक और घरेलु उपभोक्ताओं को जीरो इन्वेस्टमेंट प्लान के तहत कम उर्जा की खपत में सहायक विदेशी उपकरण एक तरह से निःशुल्क दिया जाता है. इसके लिए उपभोक्ताओं को किसी भी प्रकार का कोई भी बंधन महसूस नही होता है. किसी सिक्योरिटी या गेरेंटी भी नही देने के कारन उपभोक्ता अपने आप को रिस्क फ्री पाते हैं.
४. क्योटो प्रोटोकॉल के तहत जलवायु परिवर्तन पर यूनैतेद नेशंस कार्बन क्रेडिट भी उपलब्ध करता है. इंडस्ट्री, फेक्टरी, कंपनी, आफिस, ट्रांसपोर्टर, वाहन तथा अन्य घरेलु उपभोक्ता बिना अपने इन्वेस्टमेंट के उर्जा की बचत करने वाले विदेशी उपकरण तो प्राप्त करेंगे ही साथ ही उन्हें कार्बन क्रेडिट बोनस भी मिलता है. कम गैस और कम उर्जा की खपत हेतु ये बोनस यूरोप द्वारा एक्सेस फौन्डेसन के मार्फ़त दिया जाता है.
५. आवश्यक इंस्टालेशन और मेंटिनेंस अब छत्तीसगढ़ राज्य में भी एक्सेस फौन्डेसन द्वारा अपने ट्रेंड इंजीनियर, मैनेजर और आफिसरों द्वारा तमिलनाडु के तर्ज पर ही किया जायेगा. अतः उपभोक्ताओं को बिना किसी इन्वेस्टमेंट या रिस्क के बिजली, डीज़ल इत्यादि उर्जा के बचत के साथ ही बोनस कमाना भी अब संभव हो पायेगा.
६. प्रदत्त एनर्जी सेविंग उपकरणों के प्रयोग से पवार फेक्टर भी मेंटेन रहता है, अतः मोटर, इंजिन, मशीन इत्यादी की उम्र भी बढ़ जाती है.
७. बिजली, डीज़ल इत्यादि के खपत में ३० % तक की कमी आती है. वहीँ उत्सर्जन में ८० % तक की कमी आती है फलस्वरूप ग्लोबल वार्मिंग भी कम होता है.
८. एक्सेस फौन्देसन द्वारा सर्वे उपरांत तमिलनाडु राज्य सरकार को प्रेषित रिपोर्ट में २ हजार मेगा वाट बिजली और ९ करोड़ रुपये के डीज़ल अदि इंधन का प्रतिदिन फालतू दुरुपयोग बताया गया है. ये दुरुपयोग और उसे दूर करने का ऐसा ही प्रयास छत्तीसगढ़ और अन्य राज्यों में भी अपेक्छित है.
९. इससे व्यक्तिगत लाभ के साथ ही उपभोक्ताओं को प्रदेश, देश और दुनिया में सकारात्मक सहयोग करने का सतोष भी प्राप्त होता है.

Access Foundation - Educational and Charitable Trust
Access Foundation is an Educational and Charitable Trust registered in Madurai, Tamilnadu, Reg. No. 278/06, is having nearly 1,200 Engineers, Managers and Officers working presently throughout Tamilnadu. To launch the Energy Conservation and Carbon Credit Activities here in Chhattisgarh state we invite application from the fresh/experienced persons.
We are involved in Energy Saving Activities and we invite consumers to use ZIP (Zero Investment Plan) to reduce Electricity & Fuel Bills up to 30%.
1. The Ministry of Power, Govt. of India is having its objective to reach Energy Savings up to 10,000 MW by 2012. That is to save electricity from 100 Million Electricity Consumers by2012. To reach Ten Crore electricity consumers by 2012 it requires minimum One Lakh Man Power in the Energy Conservation sector.
2. The international Energy Conservation funding agencies like Asian Development Bank, World Bank, UNF, UNESCO and Not for Profit Organizations are helping to purchase the required electricity/fuel saving equipments from U.S. and Germany without any investment.
3. As per Kyoto Protocol United Nations framework convention on Climate Change is helping to get the Carbon Credit. Any industry, factory, company, consumer etc. in India can get the Carbon Credit by adopting newer technologies for emitting lesser gases and by saving energy.
4. Many European companies are required to give a lot of Carbon Credit deals from developing countries like India, China and some other Asian countries. So if the consumers adopt Energy Conservation Activities being propagated by Access Foundation then they will get Carbon Credits.
5. If consumers are interested to save electricity/diesel then they will get the required conservation equipments with Zero Investment Plan (ZIP). No collateral security/guarantee is required.
6. The installation and maintenance of the equipments will be taken care of and the Power Factor will be maintained by Access Foundation at its own cost. Access Foundation is having nearly 1,200 (One thousand two hundred) Energy Conservation Engineers/Managers/J.E. and A.E. located throughout Tamilnadu for this purpose.
7. According to our survey submitted to the Tamilnadu State government it is identified that there is a loss of above 2025 MW of electricity and Rs. 9,000 Crores worth of Fuel per day through over usage/wastage. Likewise the energy loss has to be identified and eradicated in every state of our country.
If the consumers are coming forward to save electricity/fuel then they will get the following benefits:

So imagine the amount of Diesel consumed by every vehicle per day and with the number of different vehicles you can calculate the amount of Carbon Credits the Clients in Chhattisgarh state will get. It may be in Millions.
